Xperimento
Xperimento is a bilingual, multicultural band that blends world sounds such as Cumbia, Reggae, Merengue, Ska, Salsa, and Funk with elements of Rock, R&B, Hip Hop and Dancehall, creating the original genre called: “Latin Reggae Urban Soul”. Their electric performances and catchy-upbeat songs get the attention of everyone who listens and dances to their unique rhythm.
Xperimento was formed by the Director of the band, Emiliano “Chefunk” Torres, who decided to gather professional musicians to play live and experiment with diverse genres. Each member brings a special flavor to the equation by mixing different Latin rhythms, thanks to their backgrounds from Argentina, Puerto Rico, Venezuela, and Colombia. The members have been playing live for over two years, but they have known each other for almost ten years from the music scene in Miami.
The main members of Xperimento are: Camilo “Tumbao” Sierra (Lead voice), Emiliano “Chefunk” Torres (Director of the band, Trumpet, M.C. & choro), Guillermo “Chamo” Cabral (M.C. & Guitars), Marcos Delgado (Bass & choro), and Alan Reyna (Percussion).

Kolabo
Kolabo started in 2009 as a Sound System with only three members: DJ "Alesouljah," "Keta" on the congas, and "Alimoña" on the mic. After 2 grooving years together, Kolabo has now grown up to be a full-sized band, adding two (2) guitarists, one bass player, one Keyboard Player, and a drummer to the roster.
The name "KOLABO" was adopted as a short name for "Collaboration," which is, literally speaking, a group of people working together to achieve a common goal. That is, basically,
how the band works throughout a song, rehearsal, gig or any event.
The reason for choosing Reggae as the main "riddim" and style in the band is due to reggae's tradition of social criticism in its lyrics, although many of the songs discuss lighter, more
personal subjects, such as love and socializing.
Kolabo Sound System is a band currently residing in Miami Beach, Florida. Including members mainly from Venezuela, their sound is what they call REGGAE INNA LATIN STYLE! but
also has influences of hip hop and Jamaican Roots Reggae. Kolabo's main goal is to send out a positive message through their lyrics and to delight their followers with laid back, relaxing music.
After a few changes along the two years of life this band has, KOLABO's current Members are: Alimoña (Vocals & MC), Diego (Guitars & Background Vocals), Carlitos (Guitars & Background Vocals), Tony (Drums), DJ "Alesouljah," Keta (Percussion), and PapaRica (Bass).
KOLABO is planning to spread their message of love, hope and positivism to everywhere they can get to, regardless of geographical location and/ or language spoken.
